Panama Paper Leaks : Prominent Indian Baha'i among those stashing money abroad.

Who knew that a Doctor could be a multi-billionaire? Who knew that he could be floating companies abroad? Who knew that he could be stashing away money in his sole proprietary firm in BV Islands?

Who knew a Baha'i could be doing all this??

AND also being the Chairman of the Local Spiritual Assembly of the Baha'is of Mumbai and the doctor's mother also being an active member of the National Spiritual Assembly of India.

In this case, the person who brought shame to the Baha'i Faith, is none other than Dr. Jehangir Sorabjee himself, son of Mrs. Zena Sorabjee, NSA member of Baha'is of India.

Unfortunately in past also, there have been instances when some of the Baha'is have been accused for embezzling funds, running Hawala Transactions, obtaining passports by submitting false address proofs, various FIRs have been registered against them but this one has gone a bit too far.

Ex-Continental Counselor Payam Shoghi was arrested by Delhi Police from
Indira Gandhi International Airport while fleeing from the country to Columbia.

The LSA and NSA asks us to contribute to various funds such as Temple maintenance, books publishing, etc etc and last but not least 19% of savings are compulsorily asked in the name of Huququllah - The right of God.

Someone should check how much Jehangir gives as Huququllah or he sends all his money abroad !?

Now, luckily with this scam exposed, it is very clear where all the money of Sorabjee is going ! May be that also includes the money from Zia Mody, his sister.

It is an eye - opener for me and I will now think twice before giving any of my money to Baha'i individuals. The Huququllah board has appointed various individuals to collect money on their behalf. These people many times do not issue the receipt of the Huquq immediately. Only God knows if this money viz. the right of God... reaches its destination or lands somewhere in Panama or British Virgin Islands!

In addition to the accused money squandering, Mr. Sorabjee has been involving himself in commenting on political issues e.g. tweeting against Chief Minister of Delhi, Shri Arvind Kejriwal's policies and telling him that his government is a pathetic failure or criticizing the TCS for giving Rs 231 crores to Carnegie Mellon University instead of Indian Institutions, whereas he himself is transferring his and may be Baha'i money abroad !! Aren't their Tax Saving schemes and opportunities in India ?

Dr. Sorabjee is the chairman of the LSA of Baha'is of Mumbai for years without attending any of the Baha'i meetings. He feels himself to belittle of calling himself a Baha'i. His life is full of anti-Baha'i principles. He has an unsuccessful married life. He has divorced his wife Deepika at the fag end of her carrier where she is suppose to restart her carrier as a DOCTOR.

Baha'is are supposed to be loyal to the country in which they stay but here we see that he has gone against the laws of his country. Only the time will show that!

If the Iceland PM can resign over the Panama incident, the least Mr. Sorabjee can do is resign from the membership of Local Spiritual Assembly of Baha'is of Mumbai and Mrs. Zena Sorabjee taking the responsibility on his son bringing bad repute to the Faith should immediately step down from the membership of National spiritual Assembly of the Baha'is of India.

This is a humble suggestion from a Baha'i who has worked with Late Mrs. Shireen Fozdar and I am sure she must be upset in the Abha Kingdom to see her generations bringing bad repute to the Faith.

American NSA changes ruling on voting in primaries

Mind Control in Baha'i Cult

A letter issued by the National Spiritual Assembly of the Baha’is of the United States on April 5 corrects its previous ruling of March 8, which stated, “nor should we, even as an ‘independent,’ vote in primaries — the purpose of which is to elect delegates to political conventions.” This ruling has now been rescinded in view of a letter from the Universal House of Justice which states that:
A Baha’i may not vote in a primary election if in order to do so he or she must declare membership or affiliation with, or support for, a particular political party. But if the ballot is secret, a Baha’i is free to vote in any political election provided that he does not, by doing so, identify himself with any political party and bears in mind that he is voting on the merits of the individual rather than because he belongs to one party or another.
The National Spiritual Assembly concludes that “Individual Baha’is … bear the responsibility of researching the election laws in their particular electoral district to determine whether or not the above-mentioned criteria have been met and may vote their consciences as they see fit.”

Baha'i Blindness - Counselor Rebeque Murphy

Baha'i meme

What happens when a Baha'i dares to criticize the UHJ ?

How Baha'is usurped Muslim Endowments with the help of Israeli Government ?

Mazra’ih (Masra’ih) is the name of a mansion and surrounding land that Baha’u’llah had lived in for two years when he was ‘allegedly’ imprisoned in Palestine. According to an article in the Baha’i magazine, Baha’i News, this land belonged to the Muslims and could not be legally sold to the Baha’is:
 .
“Masra'ih is a Moslem religious endowment, and it is consequently impossible, under existing laws in this country, for it to be sold. However, as the friends are aware, the Ministry of Religions, due to the direct intervention of the Minister himself, Rabbi Maimon, consented, in the face of considerable opposition, to deliver Masra'ih to the Baha'is as a Holy Place to be visited by Baha'i pilgrims. This means that we rent it from the Department of Moslem and Druze affairs in the Ministry of Religions. The head of this Department is also a Rabbi, Dr. Hirschberg. Recently he, his wife and party, visited all the Baha'i properties in Haifa and 'Akka, following upon a very pleasant tea party in the Western Pilgrim House with the members of the International Baha'i Council.” (Baha’i News, no. 244, June 1951, p. 4)
 .
According to this document the land was forcefully taken from the Muslims and delivered to the Baha’is in return for a rent which was paid to the Israeli government.
 .
A few years later, the land is officially usurped for good and sold to the Baha'is by the Israeli government (it must be noted that Muslim endowments cannot be sold). The Universal House of Justice then sends out a letter to Baha’is worldwide happily informing them that this Muslim Endowment –that cannot be sold or purchased- has been bought by the UHJ:
 .
“The Mansion of Mazra'ih, often referred to by the beloved Guardian as one of the "twin mansions" in which the Blessed Beauty resided after nine years within the walled prison-city of 'Akká, and dear to the hearts of the believers by reason of its associations with their Lord, has at last been purchased together with 24,000 square metres of land extending into the plain on its eastward side.” (The Universal House of Justice, from Ridvan 1973 message; Messages from the Universal House of Justice, 1968-1973)
.
Is this an achievement that one should be proud of?

Mr. Ali Nakhjavani - Women cannot be a member of the UHJ for at least 1000 years !?

Dale Husband's battle on Amazon with a Haifan Baha’i

This blog entry is a direct sequel to my earlier one: A Lost History of the Baha’i Faith
The book was put up for sale on Amazon.com, and just as I and Eric Stetson expected, Haifan Baha’is took notice of it and proceeded to attack it, even without bothering to read its contents.
http://www.amazon.com/Lost-History-Bahai-Faith-Progressive/dp/0692331352/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8

My own review of the book, after I DID order and read parts of it, was as follows:
on June 22, 2015
As a former Baha’i, I was very excited to learn about the writing of this book, having been friends with the editor Eric Stetson for years. I knew nothing about the descendants of Baha’u’llah who were excommunicated from the religious community founded by their own ancestor except for the hateful, bigoted claims written about them by the propaganda writers who work for the mainstream Baha’i cult based in Haifa, Israel. At last, this book tells the other side of the story, about how those descendants were falsely labeled “covenant-breakers” when in fact they were the ones who insisted that ALL the provisions of Baha’u’llah’s Will and Testament (called the Book of the Covenant) be upheld. That Will made Baha’u’llah’s eldest son Abdu’l-Baha leader of the Faith, but also stated that the younger half brother Muhammad Ali (father of the book’s author) would be Abdu’l-Baha’s successor, not Shoghi Effendi as Abdu’l-Baha would proclaim in his own Will and Testament a generation later. By doing this, Abdu’l-Baha exalted himself above his father. So who actually broke the Baha’i Covenant? If Baha’is really believe in the independent investigation of truth, they will look at this book for themselves.
This infuriated a Haifan Baha’i named Rob Jenkins, who then made a  comment on my review, resulting in a lengthy debate between us. His comments will be in red and  italics while mine will be in green and bold.

Dale Husband's reply to the brainwashed Haifan Baha'i :
Were you there when the battles between Abdu’l-Baha and Mirza Muhammad Ali broke out? Consider that at the end of his life, Baha’u’llah was living at a mansion named Bahji, which was inherited by Muhammad Ali, not Abdu’l-Baha. Consider also that Mirza Aqa Jan, who was Baha’u’llah’s personal secretary for four decades, rejected Abdu’l-Baha’s authority. Why would either of those things happen?

The truth is, Baha’u’llah made clear in the Kitab-i-Aqdas that no one after him would claim revelation directly from God for up to 1000 years. Not even Abdu’l-Baha. There is a difference between making someone the leader of the Baha’i community, which no one disputes, and declaring that Abdu’l-Baha would have the same infallibility as Baha’u’llah himself, which would only be possible if he received revelations directly from God. If you state that Mirza Muhammad Ali is not above Baha’u’llah’s commandments, why should Abdu’l-Baha be?

Even more disturbing, Abdul-Baha made this statement in his own Will and Testament:
“The sacred and youthful branch, the guardian of the Cause of God as well as the Universal House of Justice, to be universally elected and established, are both under the care and protection of the Abha Beauty, under the shelter and unerring guidance of His Holiness, the Exalted One (may my life be offered up for them both). Whatsoever they decide is of God. Whoso obeyeth him not, neither obeyeth them, hath not obeyed God; whoso rebelleth against him and against them hath rebelled against God; whoso opposeth him hath opposed God; whoso contendeth with them hath contended with God; whoso disputeth with him hath disputed with God; whoso denieth him hath denied God; whoso disbelieveth in him hath disbelieved in God; whoso deviateth, separateth himself and turneth aside from him hath in truth deviated, separated himself and turned aside from God. May the wrath, the fierce indignation, the vengeance of God rest upon him!”

So not only was Abdu’l-Baha claiming revelation directly from God, he was also claiming that Shoghi Effendi and the members of the Universal House of Justice would also receive such revelations! Otherwise, how could their absolute God-given authority be justified? It CAN’T!

Consider also that Shoghi Effendi died without issue at the relatively young age of 60, in the midst of the Ten Year World Crusade he was leading, of Asiatic flu while on a visit to London. This falsifies the claim in Abdu’l-Baha’s Will and Testament that “The sacred and youthful branch, the guardian of the Cause of God as well as the Universal House of Justice, to be universally elected and established, are both under the care and protection of the Abha Beauty, under the shelter and unerring guidance of His Holiness, the Exalted One.” Simple logic is enough to discredit the Baha’i Faith as you proclaim it.

And that is why I call you a hypocrite, Mr. Jenkins. You condemn Mirza Muhammad Ali for denying Abdu’l-Baha’s leadership, when the descendants of Baha’u’llah say no such thing ever happened. The actual dispute was over Abdu’l-Baha rebelling against one of the most fundamental teachings of Baha’u’llah himself to claim absolute authority that was beyond the limits set in the Kitab-i-Aqdas! Unless you are prepared to claim that Abdu’l-Baha somehow outranked his own father, your assertions about Mirza Muhammad Ali are clearly libelous. They are the product of decades of thought control and censorship by the Baha’i leadership, not any objective history.

I have every right to be embittered about discovering what I believed in the past was a pack of lies. Saying otherwise is like saying a man has no right to feel hungry when he is deprived of food for several days.

Why all of Baha’u’llah’s descendants turned out to be corrupt ? Here is what Baha'u'llah himself says :

....similarly, if the root of a tree be corrupted, its branches, and its offshoots, and its leaves, and its fruits, will be corrupted...

Baha’u’llah referred to his children as "leaves" and "branches"
